Every Ònde piece is packed by hand with care (and usually a coffee nearby). Please allow up to 5 business days for available pieces to be dispatched.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided.

Standard Shipping (Tracked) — $12
Express Shipping (Tracked) — $15 (estimated 1–4 business days)

A LITTLE PATIENCE.

Once your order leaves us, delivery timeframes are in the hands of Australia Post.

If your parcel seems to be taking longer than expected, send us an email, and we'll happily help track it down.

RETURNS.

Because every Ònde piece is handmade and produced in limited drops, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personal preference.

IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you expected, please email us at hello@ondecollective.com.au with your order number and a few photos.

We'll work with you to make it right in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
