Shipping & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Ònde pieces as much as we loved making them.
As each item is handmade, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please carefully check sizing and colour selections before placing your order. Our standard beaded bracelet size is approximately 7 inches (medium sizing). And our Ortigia belts size is approximately 57 inches (medium sizing).
Because all pieces are handmade using natural materials, slight variations in bead colour, pattern or size are to be expected and are not considered faults — they’re part of what makes each bracelet unique.
If your item arrives faulty, please get in touch with us at hello@ondecollective.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is deemed defective, a replacement will be offered. In all cases, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your bracelet to be dispatched.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking provided on all shipping options.
